Ghosts Drinking Tea
A festival is held in spring to coincide with the blooming of cherry blossoms. Women feature prominently as symbols of fleeting beauty, just as cherry blossoms are beautiful for a short period of time. This shot is of some of the women taking a break and drinking tea. Their white makeup makes them look almost ghostly.
